11 pcs Resistance Bands Set (with handles, door anchor, and ankle straps)

I bought this last year at the beginning of the pandemic when gyms closed in my area. It’s so convenient and easy to use and gives you a good workout! I also take it with me when I travel to a location without a gym and can do a full workout anywhere without lugging weights with me.

Really needed something to add to my at home work-outs during quarantine, and I saw all the exercises that could be completed with this set. I'm still using this because my gym remains closed, and its extremely versatile!
